How do I subscribe to MCLA The Lax Mag?
Easy.  Click here.  Or go to mclamag.com and the subscriptions tab.  While you are looking around the website check out the latest in lacrosseroyalty.

How much is a subscription?
$35.00 a year gets you all the best coverage of the MCLA in print.

How many times a year is MCLA The Lax Mag published?
7 issues per year.  January, February, March, April, May, June and October.

What is your subscription cancelation policy?
You may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund on all unmailed issues.

Can I contribute photographs or stories to the magazine?
Photographs and stories are always welcome.  The easiest way to get your ideas rolling is to email Karl Lynch at karl@mclamag.com or drop a message in the mailbag at mclamag.com.

Why do some of the images on your site look weird?
This site is best veiwed in IE 7, Firefox or Safari. IE6 for Windows doesn't render some of the graphics correctly.

Where can I get a copy of the magazine?

Can I get back issues?
Yes.  Back issues are $5.00 a copy.  Please browse our store for the issue you want.

I like your logo. Do you offer any apparel?
Yes. We are readying several different MCLA The Lax Mag apparel choices. Hats, T-shirts, hoodies, wind breakers, stickers, lunch boxes and fanny packs. Check back soon for the apparel section of the site.

Is the MCLA The Lax Mag part of the MCLA?
No.  MCLA The Lax Mag is a private company with a license agreement with the MCLA.

Is the Snake Doctor real?
You bet he is.

Does the MCLA crown a national champion?
Yes.  Each spring we hold our National Championship Tournament.  This year the National Championship Tournament will be held in Dallas, Texas at Pizza Hut Park.  The Division I championships have a field of 16 teams.  There are 12 teams in the Division II tournament.  Make your reservations early to join us in May.

Where can I get game scores?
Please visit www.mcla.us for up to date game scores.

Does the MCLA have an All-America team?
Yes.  Each year the conference directors and Board of Directors vote on the All-America team.  Players and coaches alike enjoy the recognition for a well-played season.  We also honor our Academic All-Americans.

How can I find out if the college in my area is an MCLA school?
Easy.  www.mcla.us.

How do I get in touch with the coaches at MCLA schools?
Easy.  www.mcla.us.  In addition, most conferences maintain contacts to team leaders.  If you can Google yourself, you can find our teams.

Do MCLA teams offer scholarships?
Generally, no.  But check with the team directly.  Many schools offer tuition packages and work study to help kids out.

Are there eligibility requirements to playing in the MCLA?
The MCLA requires that each student maintain at least 12 credit hours during the season to play.  Some conferences have additional requirements.  Bottom line, the MCLA is for student athletes. NCAA rules of eligibility apply.

Who runs the MCLA?
The MCLA is run by a Board of Directors.  We have a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  We also rely heavily on the conference directors.  Their combined efforts make the MCLA work for you.
